Timetable is finally complete!
I took a look at my timetable for classes for this week earlier this morning and saw that I had something extra on Wednesday morning. It was my final mod, Stats 2! Then it struck me that today was the last day of Nov and we were entering Dec tomorrow. Yupp, my Stats 2 classes were supposed to begin when December starts. Haha, so my timetable is now finally completed! I'll need to plan my time better to keep up!

Tests and Assignments
Hey guys, I'm back.
It sure has been a long and tiring week. Damn, I'm sure glad it's finally the weekend. So what have I been busy with? Yupp, school.
Well, I have been trying to keep up with classes and thus have been revising a lot since school started. This week though, I've had to prepare for tests and there are deadlines for assignment submission. I had one Macro test this past week which turned into a take home assignment. I just handed in my third assignment for Econometrics on Monday and just got reminded on Thurs that next week is the test for Micro. I have yet to begin revision on Micro really. I'm falling behind on that one. Oh yes, and I've got an ESAP essay due two days from now. I'm really hoping to get that done latest by tomorrow though. I don't want to work on those essays too last minute.
So far I've only not gotten any take home assignments from Micro yet but I guess it's just a matter of time. I'm really trying to catch up with everything before my last mod, Stats 2, starts. The workload is just going to increase when the last mod begins.
On another note, the school's computer system has been changed, Now we have to log in with our personal ID and all which I kind of prefer. Sort of makes it more personalized haha!
Right, I'm really shag now. Going to sleep. Nights,

Exams!
It's really awesome that my exams were held all the way in the east and JL could accompany me to the exams earlier this year in June.
Now it was time for him to take his exams and they were here in the west where I was so I could return the favour and accompany him for his exams haha!

Clear skies!
Heys, the skies have cleared!
I mean it! The skies have been clear for almost a week now, and the PSI has not risen past 50 since the end of last week. I am really hopeful now that the haze is finally over. This is largely due to the heavy downpours falling almost daily since last week. Despite the warning of dry weather, it seems like that did not materialise. Thankfully, the wet weather towards the end of the year helped to rid us of the haze.
For the first time in a long while, the skies are blue, clouds are fluffy and white. Most importantly, the air smells fresh.
Cheers to good weather for the rest of the year!

Missed Class
Oops, just realised I had missed a Psychology class. I just had Psychology class earlier this afternoon and throughout the lecture I had that strange feeling that I had missed a session of the class, though I was sure I had attended the last session. And that was a revision lecture of the first four topics. Even the notes I had printed for today's lecture was wrong. I had printed the notes for lecture 6 but we were doing lecture 7 today. Weird. The lecturer also kept referring to stuff that we had supposedly learnt in the last lecture which I had totally no recollection of. I had wondered then how a whole lecture's content had been totally forgotten, which was really quite worrying.
It was only after I got home and flipped through my dairy that I saw I was supposed to have had an extra class on Tuesday evening due to the cancellation of a class in December. Oh wells, now that sort of clears things up, haha! I had unknowingly skipped a class, damn! That means I'd have to self study that particular chapter. This would indeed be a good opportunity for me to flip through the subject guide hmm. Frankly, I have yet to touch any of my subject guides since they arrived.
I'd also better make sure I keep track of when I'm going to have replacement classes. I think I have some more coming up soon, if I remember correctly. Okay, I'm going to end off here. Before that, I'd like to clarify I did not "pon" class. I had totally forgotten about it.
Haha, I better not have that happen again.

Ring finger and Personalities
Hey! I just found this on Facebook!
Apparently, the length of the ring finger(that's the finger beside the pinky) is an indication of how much testosterone one was exposed to while still a foetus. As such, I am guessing that guys who have a ring finger longer than their index finger have more testosterone? Haha, here's what I found though.
Guys with longer ring fingers are supposedly more good looking and have a more masculine personality. As such, such guys are likely more aggressive. More importantly, it was also said that such guys are likely to earn more money haha!
Yupp, I fall into this category of guys. Hey, the word cute has been used to describe me on several occasions leh!
Till next time:)

Step Tracker
While hanging out with JL at JE just yesterday, we saw that there were booths set up there handing out these 'Step Trackers' free of charge to members of the public. After finding out a bit more, we got to know that this was one of HPB's initiatives to get people to be more active. This got us interested then as it was a good way for us to make sure we keep ourselves active and walk more instead of seeking alternatives. However, we were told that the "Step Trackers' have all been fully given out for the day and we were told to come back the next day.
This was why I found myself at Jurong early this morning just after 7am. There were only 700 'Step Trackers' being given out each day and today was the last day of the booth in JE. Knowing how early queues form here in Sg, we decided to be early. JL had already arrived when I got there and there wasn't a queue yet. I guess it was Snnday morning and people weren't planning on sacrificing precious sleep to be up so early. It wasn't long before more people arrived though and staff from the booth had to redirect us so that the queue would be manageable.
The booth was only going to open at 9am though, so it was definitely more than an hour's wait for the both of us. We didn't have to worry though as we were among the first ten people in the queue. We soon got our 'Step Tracker' and got to know that it was to track how many steps we walked each day and we get points for walking the required number of steps which can then be exchanged for vouchers! I sure am going to make sure I get the maximum number of points each day. which is 60 by the way.
The points accumulation only begins on 7th Nov though so I'm just going to be playing around with it and getting used to it for now.
Alright, that's it. Gonna start walking tomorrow haha! ciaoz.
